Raymond Deras

I’m Raymond Deras, a proud son of Honduras and San Jose, California. I was born here in the U.S, but raised in Honduras, where I learned the value of hard work, humility, and community. Living in both countries gave me a deep understanding of the struggles many families face, especially those who come to America looking to build a better life. I know the dream so many hold close: to own a home, to create stability, and to give their families something lasting.

I earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from San Francisco State University. Over the years, I’ve worked across several industries, Tech, telecom, and automotive, and each one taught me something valuable about how to connect with people, solve problems, and deliver real results. No matter the role, my focus has always been the same: help others get what they truly need.

What drives me most is serving my community, specially the Latino community that raised me. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life-changing decisions, like buying their first home or chasing new opportunities. I believe in empowering others, giving back, and leading with heart.

My family always taught me to never take anything for granted, and to lift others as I move forward. That’s what I aim to do every day. I’m not here to just go through the motions. I’m here to do meaningful work and make a real difference. When you put people first, stay grounded, and act with purpose, success follows.
